#cornsoup #coconutsoup #souprecipe<br />In this video our chef Piyush Shrivastava is telling the healthy, delicious & quick recipe to how to make "Corn Coconut Soup".<br /><br />You can also view our others cooking recipes to understand different style of cuisines in an authentic & easiest way.<br />Recipe to prepare "Corn Coconut Soup":<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1 tbsp butter<br />1/4 tsp ginger, finely chopped<br />1-2 garlic cloves, chopped<br />1 tbsp onion slices<br />1 bowl sweet corn<br />1 tbsp coconut, freshly grated<br />1/2 tsp salt<br />1-2 tbsp curd/yoghurt<br />1 bowl coconut milk<br />1 tbsp mozzarella cheese, grated<br />1 pinch blackpepper powder<br />For Garnish:<br />1/2 cup spring onion, finely chopped<br />1 pinch blackpepper powder<br />1 tbsp cheese, grated<br /><br />Method:<br />Heat butter in a pan, until it melts.<br />Add ginger, and saute.<br />Add garlic, and saute.<br />Add onion, and saute until transparent.<br />Add sweet corn; toss well.<br />Add coconut, and stir well.<br />Add little salt and curd/yoghurt; stir quickly for a while until curd dries out.<br />Keep the flame low, and add 3/4 bowl coconut milk. Stir on high flame, and bring it to a boil.<br />Add cheese, and stir until it melts.<br />Put off the flame, and let the soup cool to room temperature.<br />Blend it in a mixer/blender; pour the mixture in a pan, stir and heat it.<br />Add black pepper powder and 1/4 bowl coconut milk. Stir once again.<br />Add little salt, and mix.<br />Corn Coconut Soup is ready.<br />Garnish with spring onion, black pepper powder and grated cheese, and serve.
